A complete boat detail is the full restoration package — the one most owners book at the start of the season and again before haul-out. We work topside to waterline: every deck, locker and compartment cleaned, the hull machine-compounded to cut oxidation and waterline staining, then hand-waxed and sealed with a ceramic protectant that holds its shine through a Delaware summer of salt, sun and slip life.
Because we are fully mobile, none of this happens on a lift or at a shop. We arrive at your slip, dock or driveway with our own water, power and equipment and do the whole job on-site. You never move the boat, and you are welcome to walk the work with us as we go — we would rather you inspect it wet than find out later.
Boat detailing is priced by the foot so the number is honest and predictable: $20 per foot up to 25 feet, $30 per foot for 26 to 40 feet. That covers the compound, polish, wax, chrome and stainless work, mildew and mold removal, and the ceramic finish. We confirm the exact price before a single pad touches the gel-coat.

How long does a complete boat detail take?
Most complete boat details take a half to a full day depending on the length of the boat and the condition of the gel-coat. Heavily oxidized or neglected hulls take longer because the compounding step is slower. We give you a realistic time window when we quote the job.
How often should I have my boat detailed in Delaware?
For boats kept in salt water along the Delaware beaches, a complete detail at the start of the season plus a wax refresh mid-summer keeps the gel-coat protected. Salt, UV and dock grime break down wax quickly here, so twice a season is the sweet spot for most owners.
What is the difference between a complete detail and a compound and wax?
A complete boat detail covers the entire boat — topside, compartments, chrome, stainless and mildew removal — on top of the hull work. A hull compound and wax focuses only on restoring and protecting the hull's gel-coat. If your interior and topside are already clean, the compound and wax is often all you need.
